I think the innovation of Amazon Music is great. The platform offers a wide range of music, including popular hits and lesser-known tracks, and it provides a seamless listening experience across devices. I also appreciate the personalized recommendations and playlists that are tailored to my music preferences. Overall, I find Amazon Music to be a convenient and user-friendly music streaming service. **

Amazon is not playing music because it is not a music streaming service like Spotify or Apple Music. Amazon does offer a music streaming service called Amazon Music, but it is a separate platform from its main e-commerce business. Amazon's primary focus is on selling products and services, and while it does offer music streaming as part of its larger ecosystem, it is not the main focus of the company. Additionally, Amazon may not be playing music in a specific context or situation due to licensing restrictions or technical issues. **
